Due to the fact that each of our pieces is handmade and no two are completely identical, there will slight variations with each piece. All pieces are made to order so please allow us one to two weeks for delivery. We will ship the packages insured and use a delivery confirmation from the USPS. We currently only ship to the USA – if you are in another country and interested in buying something please contact us by email. email@example.com
Incorrect Shipping Information – If a package is returned to kathleendennison.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. kathleendennison.com is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Will my package be insured?
Our items are of the highest quality; therefore in order to assure your package arrives safely – we insure ALL our packages. And the cost of that is included in your shipping charges.
How can I expect to receive the goods?
Each item will be hand inspected by our staff and carefully and thoroughly wrapped for shipping. We insure EVERY package for the value of your purchase and we ship UPS only.
If on receipt you find your items have been damaged during the delivery process, then please retain all mail packaging and inform us immediately. We will replace items at no cost to you and will initiate an investigation with the delivery service company.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
You must provide us with a street address because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How is your shipping fee calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are shown on every item, below the price. We only ship UPS and every package is insured for its value. This cost also includes shipping materials. Our shipping rates are based on the total price of your order. Please use the table below to calculate your shipping charge. In our shopping cart you must select the shipping charge based on your order total – if you do not select the correct charge you will be billed additionally for any uncharged shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages – kathleendennison.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, kathleendennison.com will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
7 Day Return Policy – All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of package receipt in order to qualify for refund, exchange. All returned items must be in “As Sent” condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your receipt so that we may quickly process your return. When your items are received and verified to be in “As Sent” condition, we will issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise returned minus the shipping charges. Note: Shipping fees will not be credited.
Free Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.
